HouseLogic, a home ownership site dedicated to helping consumers increase, maintain, and protect the value of their home, is looking for part-time, traffic-driving contract bloggers in two areas:

1. Bloggers who can share fresh, insightful home-related tips, how-to, and product/service info to help home owners solve problems and complete home tasks with more ease-and in less time with less money. Show us your proven ability to keep a pulse on trends, new products/services, and apply and reshape that information for the HouseLogic audience, with a strong POV.

2. Blogging newshounds who can be among the first to comment on home trends and issues to become an influencer. Show us your proven ability to keep a pulse on housing trends ("green," home-related tax credits/deductions, mortgage insurance deduction, foreclosure, mortgage finance, home trends and innovations) and quickly turn that info into blog posts with a strong POV that invites conversation. Seek opportunities to feature real stories that inspire and solve problems.

Generalists welcome to apply so long you can write with authority and a POV on home/housing issues.
