Our site is written by local parents who are in the know about the best stuff to do with kids in the area.
We are looking for professional writers and bloggers with excellent research skills and great style to write thorough round ups of local area events, venues and resources for local families. Good photography skills a plus.
TO APPLY:
Please write two sample posts that you think would be an excellent addition to the site. Include photos. Do not submit anything that you do not have the clear copyright for or that has been published elsewhere. We will reserve the right to publish your submissions. You will be compensated for any post that we do publish.
Please do not submit a resume, instead provide a brief bio including where you live, how many children you have and their ages, what you do or have done besides parenting, and if you are currently writing for any other publications or any that you have written for.
Posts can be any length but generally between 300 and 700 words.
Compensation: $500 for 10-15 posts per month.
