Eligibility: Registered voters of Horry County or scheduled for graduation prior to June 2011. Voter registration card or proof of residency for students under age 18 required at time of essay submission.
Applicants agree to publication of essays.
Name, address, telephone number, college/university application or acceptance letter, copy of voter registration or residency shall be submitted with entry.
Essays judged on content, clarity, grammatical correctness.
