Contest Rules for Brescia’s Women of Inspiration Contest
1. We encourage everyone (alumnae, current students, future students, staff and faculty) to submit a story about a female leader who has inspired you.
2. Only current high school, transfer and mature students are eligible to win.
3. Anyone can vote for their favourite story, and you can vote for as many stories as you’d like.
4. To vote, click the “Like” button associated with the submission.
5. We ask that you only make one submission. If multiple submissions are made, Brescia will only accept the most recent one.
6. To make a submission, post your submission to Brescia University College’s Facebook fan page wall and must be 250 characters or fewer. (It must fit in one post.)
7. Story submissions are accepted until midnight EST (London ON. time) on February 22nd 2011.
8. Each submission will be judged upon the following criteria: number of “likes,” content, length, eligibility, and attention to detail.
9. Brescia reserves the right to remove any submissions that may be found offensive.
10. Brescia’s staff and faculty will choose the five semi finalists on February 25th, 2011. On Monday February 28th Brescia will announce the two winners.
11. The all inclusive weekend in London is scheduled for the weekend of Friday March 11th to Sunday March 13th. Alternate dates, unfortunately, cannot be arranged.
