Job Requirements
Garden & Gun is looking for a web editor with impressive web content production skills and experience. This includes coding literacy, search engine optimization, and using social media to promote the brand.
Working closely with Garden & Gun's editorial leadership, as well as the marketing and advertising teams, key responsibilities will include: coming up with creative ways to expand the site and generate new revenue and traffic-driving opportunities, managing and editing our award-winning bi-weekly email newsletters, commissioning videos and producing photo slideshows, online ads, mirco-sites, and much more.
In addition, the web editor will explore possibilities for iPhone and iPad applications and other forms of digital media.
The ideal candidate should also be knowledgeable and passionate about the Southits food, music, literary traditions, and sporting culture.
