Job Opening: Online Editor for Pynk Magazine

Pynk, Bleu Magazine’s new sister publication, is unveiling its premiere issue this month. Pynk is for trendsetting women whose love for urban music and culture inspires her choices in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle. We’re looking for an online editor to manage daily posts for pynkmag.com. The ideal candidate is a writer or blogger with a journalism background, who updates her own blog or regularly contributes to an editorial site. Must be comfortable covering beauty, fashion, and entertainment for our site on a daily basis.

Candidates must have a highly developed editorial voice with a distinctly feminine perspective. Our content is colorful, diverse, edgy, sexy, and smart — just like our readers. Our tone is conversational, witty, sassy, snarky, smart, and unpredictable. (Think: Missbehave Magazine.) Our audience is multicultural or as we like to call it: Urban 2.0. She’s edgier, more independent, digitally-minded, and stylish. Applicants MUST provide writing samples and links to a blog/site you manage or contribute to.
