All accepted authors get a byline and a copy of the book.

CASH PRIZES:
  • First Place: $500
  • Second Place: $300
  • Third Place: $200

Deadline: July 29, 2011 (We may extend the deadline depending on the volume of submissions.)

Notification: August 19, via email and website announcement.

GUIDELINES

We don’t want to limit your creativity, so our guidelines are minimal:

* Romance must feature prominently in your story.
* Word count: Less than 5,000 words. No minimum.
* Your submission must be your own original content. (Sorry fanfic writers!)
* You may submit as many entries as you want.
* We accept doc, docx, pdf, and rtf formats.
* We do not accept previously published content.
* Proofread your submission for spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors.

We will not reject stories for their genre, age rating, or subject matter.

Email your submission to contests@hyperinkpress.com or submit through the form below. Include your full name, pen name (if applicable) and tell us a little bit about yourself.

The Hyperink publishing team will read and judge every entry. All decisions on winning entries are final.
