Each week, our judges, from Vow Muse: Writing Consultants for Weddings (www.vowmuse.com), will select one winning entry. Each weekly winner will receive an Art Vow of their choice ($385 ARV) and be eligible to win the grand prize of $1000.
Each winning weekly entry will be eligible to win the $1000 grand prize chosen by the judges after the conclusion of online voting.

OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment will not improve your chances of winning. The Art Vows One of a Kind Marriage Vow Contest (the “Contest”) entry period begins at 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on April 27, 2011 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on July 6, 2011 (the “Entry Period”), when all entries must be received. Eastern Standard Time shall control for all purposes of this Contest. Sponsor’s clock shall be the official timekeeper for the Contest. The Contest is governed by these Official Rules and is subject to all applicable U.S. federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited and Arizona.
Participation in the Contest constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Official Rules.
1. How to enter. To enter the Contest, during the Entry Period, click the Contest tab on the Art Vows Home Page (“Sponsor’s Home Page”) or link directly to: http://wildfireapp.com/website/6/contests/115795 (the “Contest Site”) and follow the entry instructions, which will require, among other things, that you complete an official entry form and upload the text of entrant’s wedding vows. Wedding vows cannot be more than 500 words in length.
2. Entry Requirements. (a) All entries must be original work, created solely by the entrant; must not have been previously published, released or distributed in any form; must not have won any award; and must not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights of any person or entity. Entries must not contain or reference any names, products or services of any company or entity or any third party trademarks, logos, trade dress or promotion of any brand, product or service.
(b) Entries should not contain any video, photographs, or artwork. They should just be text submissions.
© Entries that are lewd, obscene, sexually explicit, pornographic, disparaging, defamatory, libelous, obscene, or entries that otherwise contain inappropriate content or objectionable material may not be submitted and may be disqualified at any time in Sponsor’s sole and unfettered discretion.
(d) Entries must not contain any personally identifiable information.
Should you include personally identifiable information about yourself in your entry, you acknowledge and agree that such information will be disclosed publicly and you are solely responsible for any consequences thereof.
(e) Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and unfettered discretion to disqualify any entry that it believes violates or potentially violates any of the foregoing requirements or otherwise fails to comply with any provision of these Official Rules. The decisions of Sponsor on this and all matters pertaining to the Contest shall be final and binding.
(f) Limit one (1) entry per person throughout the Entry Period. Entries by the same person in excess of the limits stated herein will be disqualified. Sponsor will deem all entries to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. All submissions become the property of Sponsor upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned.
3. Eligibility. The Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, except Arizona, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Proof of residency and age may be required. Employees of Sponsor, Facebook,Inc. and their respective subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, and advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year, whether related or not. In order to enter the Contest or receive the prize, you must fully comply with the Official Rules and, by entering, you represent and warrant that you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor-designated judges, whose decisions shall be binding and final in all respects relating to this Contest.
4. Selection of Weekly Winners. Each week of the Contest, on or about Wednesday of each week, a winner will be selected by the Sponsor-designated judges from among all eligible entries received on the basis of (i) originality;(ii) creativity; and (iii) appropriateness to the to the theme of “One of a Kind Marriage Vows”. Based on the above criteria, each of which will be given equal weight, the eligible entrant with the highest cumulative score will be selected as the Weekly Finalist. Odds of winning depend on the nature, quality and number of eligible entries received. Decisions of judges are final and cannot be appealed. In the event of a tie, the entrant involved in the tie with the highest combined creativity/originality score will be selected as the winner.
5. Selection of Grand Prize Winner. (a)The ten Weekly Finalists’ entries will be posted on or about July 7, 2011 on http://wildfireapp.com/website/6/contests/115795 for the public to view and judge. Sponsor’s Facebook Page Fans can vote on their favorite entry by using the “Vote Now” tab on Sponsor’s Facebook page. Fans should vote based on which entry they believe is most appropriate to the theme of “One of a Kind Marriage Vows. Fans can only vote for one entry and may only vote once. All votes must be registered by 11:59 EST on July 24, 2011.
(b) At the end of the voting period, on July 24, 2011 at 11:59 EST, Sponsor-designated judges will review all ten Weekly Finalists’ entries. They will choose a Grand Prize Winner, in their sole discretion, based on (i) originality (25%); (ii) creativity (25%); (iii) appropriateness to the to the theme of “One of a Kind Marriage Vows” (25%); and (iv) public voting (25%).
6. Prizes. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive $1000 in U.S. dollars. Ten (10) Weekly Winners will each receive an Art Vow of their choosing from Sponsor’s website. (ARV $385). Weekly winners have until July 27, 2012 to select their Art Vow. No transfer, refund, cash redemption, substitution, cash equivalent or replacement of prize permitted by winner, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value (or cash equivalent). In the event the ARV of a prize is different from the actual retail value of that prize, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Applicable federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Any portion of the prize not accepted or unclaimed and/or unused by the winner will be forfeited and will not be substituted. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.
