We’re looking for a fashion writer to handle 4-6 posts a day. Requirements include: knowledge of the industry and reporting skills. Also, it is important that the writer’s voice and tone fit in with the rest of the site, which is a fun, tongue in cheek look at the fashion and beauty industry.

Also, B5 is a Canadian company and full-time positions are available in both New York City and Toronto. Part time employees can work remotely. Please state your location preference when applying.

Explain your qualifications and why you’d be a good addition to the staff.
3. Include links to three articles/posts you’ve written that are relevant. We want to see how you write. If you have a blog, mention it.
4. We hire people with opinions.
All of our sites have a strong point of view and we need opinionated writers to achieve that. Let us know how you feel about the subject matter you want to write about.
If you’re applying for an editor position, consider including some original pitches for the site that demonstrate your understanding of the subject matter and qualifications for the role. Story generation will be a big part of the job and we want to work with people who can handle that.
