Job Description

Do you love shoes and fashion? Are you always in the know on the latest fashion trends and have an eye for what’s hot? endless.com is seeking a talented and experienced Fashion Editor to develop footwear and accessory trend forecasts, provide trend guidance to Buyers, and curate product for editorial features.

The ideal candidate has extensive fashion experience, is a tenacious self-starter, and will be able to excel in managing and navigating cross-functional efforts to partner with Buying, Site Merchandising, Copywriting, Photo Studio, and Design to deliver seasonal trend features that are relevant and on brand. The candidate will need to be a smart risk taker who can deliver ideas, as well as work tactically to execute them.

Responsibilities:

* Develop fashion content including trend stories for seasonal campaigns, lookbooks, and other fashion editorial
* Partner closely with business team to plan seasonal message cadence and strategy
* Provide seasonal trend guidance to Buyers prior to market
* Select featured product appropriate to target customer
* Work with art director, stylist, and copywriter to develop an overall look, feel and voice of the endless brand
* Curate selection for trend and new product links

Basic Qualifications:

* BA/BS required
* Minimum of 5-7 years experience in fashion industry
* Solid understanding of both bricks-and-mortar and online retailing
* Strong MS Office Skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to learn our in-house tools quickly
* Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, with strong bias for action
* Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up feature recommendations
* Understanding and use of web metrics and how to gauge performance
