Call for Fiction, Poetry and Essays: Ewomen Magazine Issue 7

We are issuing this call for papers for contributions for the upcoming issues of Ewomen! We are looking for contributions for the "Essays and Conversations" & " Fiction and Poetry" sections.

Ewomen is an online magazine that is published bimonthly, we will be releasing the 7th issue on 8th of March. It is a magazine that integrates literature and social sciences with social research to present new writing for women from the Indian Sub Continent.

In the "Essays and Conversations" categories, the topical themes are "love and hate: relationships between men and women; the art of writing memoirs; and forgiveness as a value. We will accept two submissions for each topical category. we will accept varying styles of writing, ranging from conversational to humourous to referenced essays.

The expected word limit is 1500 words.

We are also continuously accepting entries for "Fiction and Poetry" form ranging from 1000- 2000 words.

We prefer writing tailored to subset of themes relevant to people in the Indian Subcontinent - India, Pakistan, Sri-Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Bhutan.

If accepted, these will be published in the March, May, and July issues of Ewomen.

Ewomen continues to be a widely read magazine for women from the Indian Subcontinent.
