Story should not go too far off on a tangent. Story should not have XXX content, although subtext is acceptable.
Ghostwriter should speak English fluently.
Manuscript needs only to be first draft quality, but not _too_ rough. It need not be a finished product. First draft must be completed in a timely manner.
