Since I’ve written primarily from the perspective of a work-at-home, homeschooling mom with young children, I’m hoping a few of you in much different seasons and situations who are fairly organized and efficient might be willing to write a guest post with time management tips you’ve found helpful for people who are in a similar situation as yourself.
I’m specifically hoping to hear from:
::A single mom
::A military mom whose husband is deployed
::A work-outside-the-home mom
::A retired woman
::A married woman without children
::A single woman
::A non-homeschooling stay-at-home mom
::A mom of teenagers
::You fill in the blank (if you’re in another situation that I failed to put on this list — I’m sure I missed some! — and want to write a guest post, send it in!)
If you are interested in submitting a guest post on the topic of time management, please note the following guidelines:
* Submission of your guest post does not guarantee publication. Depending upon the submissions for this series, I’m only going to be able to use one or two of the best submissions. If yours is not chosen for publication, I’ll let you know that and you can use it on your own blog or submit it to another blog for possible publication.
* Posts must be high-quality, original content (i.e. not published anywhere else online).
* Please limit your post to 500 words or less.
* Use of bullets, lists and short paragraphs is highly encouraged as it makes reading much easier.
* Please do not email your submission in HTML format or in a Word or text document. Simply type your post in your email and attach relevant images to the email.
* Please make a concerted effort to use correct spelling, grammar and punctuation. Due to time constraints, submissions which require excessive editing cannot be accepted.
* Include a short bio (50 words or less) at the end of your post. Feel free to include a link to your site.
To submit a guest post for the Time Management Series, email your post by November 22, 2010, to moneysavingmom@gmail.com with “Time Management Guest Post Submission” in the subject line.
Please include the following:
1. Your full name.
2. Your email address (if different from the one you use to send the submission).
3. Your URL (if applicable).
4. Your post title.
5. The body of your post (with links you wish to include).
6. Attach any images you’d like to include.
7. A short bio.
By the way, the more creative, unique, well-written and practical your post, the better your chance of having it posted.
