Cosmopolitan Seeks Fun, Fearless Senior Web Editor

Post date: 15 October 2010
From celebrity interviews to how-tos, Cosmopolitan is a staple among women’s magazines, and now the Hearst title is on the hunt for a new senior web editor. The mag is looking for a talented individual who can organize, develop and lead the programming of the site so that it meets all of the company’s brand objectives. Piece of cake, right?

Of course, there will be a bit of content publishing, so you’ll need to ensure that the site’s programming is timely and current, and meets all internal and external commitments. You’ll also be overseeing a team of Web editors on expanded syndication, packaging efforts and development of original approaches and archival concepts.

To be considered, you’ll need top-notch writing and editing skills, plus management experience. Social media expertise is another must-have as you’ll be guiding your team on how to properly promote features on the site. Interested?
