Connie L. Williams, B.S., piano performance, M.A. English, has received the
Sigma Tau Delta and TCA's Shawn Briton memorial award for poetry. Author
of five chapbooks including my mothers bones, Mountain Muse Press, her
published poetry and critical reviews may be found in such anthologies as
Concho River Review and mythopoetry.com Williams has appeared at the ElmerKelton Conference, the Lagndon Review and APF. She is Director of Forrest Fest, Inc., an annual poetry festival in West Texas and chairperson of the Dawson County Democratic Party. Williams may be heard online at KACU PoetsCorner, NPR, Abilene, Texas. She resides in Lamesa, Texas.
