Freelance Entertainment Bloggers Wanted for ShopBitch.com

ShopBitch.com is launching towards the end of this month (April 2012). This site is a completely new online community where women can have social interaction, watch entertaining video content, access great advice and buy products that are merchandised according to lifestyle.

Our Voice: Clever, witty, confident and cool -- ShopBitch is about celebrating 'who' you are.

Our Values: Smart, stylish, fashionable, clean-cut & completely fabulous.

MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE FOR HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE:

Writers: Our site is rich with content. The ShopBitch blog and Advisor Blog are specific areas that focus in on the general happenings of the world as it affects our community at large, including important advice on issues that are important to our members. Topics such as fashion trends, social, environment, world events, entertainment, and more are featured daily. We are targeting four specific female 'voices' that emulate our personas and their lifestyle relevant to the 18 -- 40 year demographic.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Weekly check in for Assignments
o Submit 2 - 3 posts per week, entertainment- movies, celebrities, events. Process may include 2 revisions
o Each post estimated to be 150 -- 250 words.
o Work at your own pace submitting posts at requested deadlines.
o Additional opportunities on other ShopBitch Social Media sites, Advisor Blogs and webcasts, product copy, etc.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Applicants must have published Social Media Blog content for several years. The applicant should have experience in communications, fashion merchandising, marketing, or digital media space. Prior writing samples and sample blog will be required.

Applicants should have a sense of humor, good interpersonal, communication skills, and be proficient in both Mac & PC platforms. . . and a strong passion for fashion.

Compensation: BOE
