Horizon Publishers are now accepting submissions in the form of articles/case studies for the second edition of the “connect”, a women’s journal to be published in April 2012 and subsequent issues. The aim of the journal is to establish a dialogue between academics, practitioners, feminist activists working on women’s issues nationally and internationally. Deadline for submissions: March 10, 2012.
Articles/case studies can explore any of the following area but not limited to:
- Women and development
- Women, social movements and struggles
- Women, democracy and governance
- Women and human security
- Case studies on how women are making a change
Original submission in the length of 3 to 4, A4 pages should be emailed to horizonpublishing@ymail.com.
Submissions for volume two will be accepted until 10th March 2012. Acceptance of submission will be announced by 20th of March 2012. Submissions received after this date will be considered for the future issues.
