This half-day workshop will be led by the Barefoot Books author of such titles as Goddesses: A World of Myth and Magic, Grandmother’s Stories, and The Lady of Ten Thousand Names: Goddess Stories from Many Cultures. Young writers are encouraged to have fun and be creative as this award-winning writer leads them through a series of exercises designed to call forth their inner-writing goddess! Co-sponsored with the Women’s Well. For girls ages 8 to12. $30 each. A minimum of 10 girls required to offer this workshop (offered again in early August for those unavailable in July). Pre-registration required.
