Wedding DIY Writer Wanted (rate: $20-$40 per write-up)

Post date: 14 April 2011
Do you have great DIY skills and love documenting and sharing them? Would you prefer the satisfaction of creating something beautiful yourself, rather than spending money on something someone else mass produced? Are you crafty (with handmade items, photography and internet!)? Do you have experience with DIY tutorials (including photos) for weddings-related items?

If you answered “yes” to all of the above, we’d love to talk to you!

We’re looking for writers who are really talented at budget DIY items, from Save the Dates/invitations, to making flower bouquets. Need to be able to produce step by step tutorials with photos of each step, creative and engaging writer, and passionate about engagements and weddings.

Job Requirements:

- You should be self-starter who can come up with topics and content
- Able to commit to minimum (1), maximum of (2) tutorials a week
- Internet and research savvy; strong computer skills
- Decent photography skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Word
- Please send 2 examples of tutorials you have created
- This is a telecommuting position, payment will be sent after approval of articles through PayPal

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Compensation: TBD. Approx $20-$40 per tutorial

Telecommuting is ok.
