Job Description
We're looking for a dynamic senior editor/writer to work alongside the co-founders to create and identify compelling, must read content about the chic yet frugal lifestyle with a focus on fashion, beauty, home, travel, and entertaining.
Responsibilities:
-oversee day-to-day editorial, including assigning, editing and writing clicky, SEO-friendly copy.
-identify, oversee and manage a small group of freelance writers for each lifestyle vertical
-create editorial calendar
- Identify key partners to help build distribution and readership.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in an editorial position
- Proven understanding of social media
- Experience working with a small team and freelance writers
- Familiarity and comfort working with HTML, Photoshop online publishing and blogging platforms. - Self starter who can work on a deadline
