I have a very old cookbook that I need to update for modern use. The entire book has been scanned into PDF format, and I have taken the text of it into microsoft word. The text has formatting errors, which you'll need to compare to the scans to fix. Also, there are some out-of-date terms that need to be updated. I've already done a few so I can show examples of what I need.
