We’re looking for ambitious, driven, self-starters who want to be on the leading edge of innovation in online media and technology. This position is located in Studio City.
KEY REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- Manage all written content according to editorial programming strategies, syndication opportunities and advertiser commitments
- Write a minimum of six articles a day (250 words each, easy!)
- Manage outside bloggers who write and submit content on a daily basis., while finding and interviewing new bloggers.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Key word management, SEO experience, and knowledge of all aspects of social media is a must.
- This individual will also be utilized to handle in house PR, as well as help book our production crews to get into up coming events to shoot.
- Write and or edit bios for stores that are up on our site.
- Perform other tasks and projects as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Journalism, English, communications or related field preferred
- Journalism experience (online, print or broadcast), with a strong writing and editing background; at least two years’ experience with editorial calendars and online programming preferred
- Experience working with freelancers, creating assignments, providing feedback and managing invoices for payment
- Experience with content management system and online publishing tools
- Experience managing newsletters, and knowledge of email marketing best practices preferred
- Understanding of social media, especially Facebook and Twitter
- Strong familiarity with basic SEO concepts, including the role content creation plays in a sites’ organic search traffic
- Ability to balance several projects at once while working in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating in a team environment
