Overview:
The Jewelry and Watch team is looking for a creative and dynamic Editor to create content for a diverse range of applications both on our website and off. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing product descriptions, creating emails with our proprietary email tool, establishing a mastery of our content tools, working cross functionally on special projects to solicit requirements and feedback. This content will be used on product detail pages, merchandising pages, help pages, emails, social media outlets and must be flawless in grammar and punctuation, be written in a voice that is informative, witty, and authoritative.
Attention to detail is a must as all content will be customer facing. Ability to work against timelines and manage and prioritize workloads. Strong desire to connect customer interests with content that will not only resonate, but motivate.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* 1+ years experience in marketing or e-commerce merchandising
* MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
* Must be a self starter, highly motivated, and positive thinking problem solver
* Excellent communicator, comfortable with frequent vendor contact
* Superior multi-tasker, great at meeting multiple deadlines
* Proficient with a varied set of software and editing tools (including HTML, Excel, and image editing software)
* Excellent presentation, organization, and account management skills
