The ideal web content editor/producer is detail- oriented, thrives in a deadline-driven environment and is committed to providing and maintaining clean, front-end code for our websites and e-mail communications.

Responsibilities

* Partner with project managers, designers and clients to create and implement small and large-scale web and graphic based projects
* Create XHTML and CSS for new projects based on business users requirements
* Execute revisions and change requests to existing web pages and online sites
* Ensure all content adheres to style guidelines
* Prioritize daily workflow and demands on quality, time and resources
* Provide technical support to websites, HTML issues and content management systems
* Present creative ideas and technical solutions for interactive features
* Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and development

Qualifications

* Familiarity of web design principles such as user experience, usability, accessibility and understanding of HTML 4.0, XHTML 2.0, CSS and JavaScript code
* Demonstrated proficiency in graphics production and optimization for the Web using Adobe Creative Suite, CMS environments and SharePoint sites
* Proven experience with diverse content including, static, dynamic variables, rich-media, etc.
* Knowledge of cross-platform browser compatibility restrictions and requirements
* Strong understanding of usability and web best practices
* Strong organizational skills, problem-solving, technical troubleshooting, negotiating and decision-making skills
* Self-starter and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to collaborate and communicate in a creative team environment
