Anansesem publishes fiction, nonfiction, poetry and art by aspiring and established children's writers, illustrators, and children's literature scholars, as well as writing and art by Caribbean children (ages 8-16.) We give priority to persons living in or originally from the Caribbean region, but the ezine also welcomes work from around the world- Africa, India, China, Canada, the United States, Latin America, the UK etc.
For our December issue we are especially looking for art, poetry, fiction, essays, and book reviews that highlight Caribbean Christmases for our 'Christmas Corner.' That being said, we will also publish works on other topics, so please send those as well.
Anansesem ezine especially seeks submissions of writing and art by Caribbean children (ages 8-16). Please visit the website to read our Submission Guidelines for children.
View our Submission Guidelines for adults.
Deadline for submissions: November 25, 2010.
