Please join us for a 4-week creative writing workshop specifically designed for women's veterans.
This workshop will create a supportive and respectful space for women veterans to express themselves through writing. The 4-week session will culminate in a public event where participants will have an opportunity to share their work.

The workshop will be led by writer Idrissa Simmonds, who is certified to lead creative writing workshops with NY Writers Coalition. This workshop will be immediately followed by a 2nd FREE 4-week workshop for those who wish to continue.
SWAN is a women veterans led non-profit organization that works to improve the welfare of current US servicewomen and to assist all women veterans.
NY Writers Coalition is a non-profit organization that creates opportunities for people who have been historically deprived of voice in our society to be heart through the art of writing.
